We cater whenever and wherever someone needs us. We custom create a catering menu for our clients. For a sample of ideas see our catering tab. For your convenience we have a full wait staff available.

OUR CULINARY MISSION
At Long Island Cooking Cafe & Tea Room we strive to provide the freshest most healthy food for our customers using the best regional ingredients. We "tweak" our menu daily and seasonally based on availablity of products. Youl will always plenty of house prepared soups, quiches, unique salads, panini and speciality sandwiches with our signature dressings and sauces. We have hot and hardy daily specials, prefect pick up for a fast dinner but not fast food.
Of course we have dessert. All are prepared by our wonderful staff. ASk us about our homemade ice cream and other daily dessert specials.
Please note - since we use only the freshest ingredients and seasoanl products not all menu items are available everyday.
ABOUT OUR DEMOS & CLASSES-
Classes are avilable on Mondays by reservation only. We require a minium of 6 persons, no more than 8 for a hands on cooking- dining experience. Special consideration could be made for under 6 persons- Please call for more information, menus and options.
Cooking demos require a minimum of 10 persons with a maxim of 25. Demo times are by reservation - please call for available times and menus. Demos are perfect for Bridal showers and Birthday Parties. We are also available to do cooking demos for fund raisers and social or corporate groups. Please call for more information.
